Fill out the form below to reserve your child's place in Scuba Rangers classes and meetings. Please submit one completed form per child.

 

To complete your registration:
1. Submit the completed Online Registration Form below
2. Print out and sign SSI Release Waiver
3. Come in to the store to complete the Scuba Rangers Application and watch a short video.
