Get ready to witness of one nature greatest spectacles! Every spring, tens of thousands of Mobula Rays migrate to the Sea of Cortez. Be mesmerized by their famous aerial acrobatics, snorkel on top of the congregation as you watch them gracefully glide underwater and if you're lucky you might even be able to see their mating behavior! While mobulas are the main attraction, our group will be staying in an area where plentiful marine megafauna migrate through and hunt prey. It is common to see different species of dolphins, turtles and sea lions, and if you're super lucky you might also encounter whale sharks, blue whales, humpback whales, fin whales and even orcas!
While freedive experience is not required, it is strongly recommended to have taken at least a Freedive Pool course before joining us for this amazing expedition!

This trip is a "Seafari" booked with our partner, Freefall Academy. You will be in and out of the water and on a boat for the majority of each day. If you are prone to sea sickness, please consult with a physician before signing up for this trip. The opportunities to see amazing sealife are abundant, but we want to make sure you are safe and comfortable for the duration of the trip.

We highly recommend taking at least our Pool Freediver course prior to departure on this trip. If you are interested in additional freedive training or getting experience in depth work, this will also be available during the trip.
