Scuba, Freediving, Snorkeling & Mermaid Courses

Cancellation Policy

Class sizes and pool time are limited, so we hold every seat just for you. Give us at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed class or session — here's exactly what that means for you.

Illness Exception:

If a student is unable to attend due to illness, please notify us as soon as possible before your scheduled class or session. We will work with you to reschedule at no charge.

Group Class Cancellation Policy:

  • Full payment for any class, including all required online materials, must be made upon scheduling the class. If payment is not made upon booking, your space may not be held.
  • Once issued, all online materials are non-refundable.
  • 48-HOUR ADVANCED CANCEL POLICY:
    • If you cancel your enrollment more than 48 hours before your scheduled class, you will receive a full refund or credit for the cost of tuition. Online materials are non-refundable.
    • Any reserved spaces cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded or credited unless we are able to book the opening that is created by your cancellation.
      • For example: If a family of four cancels, and we are only able to fill one student’s spot, you will be refunded or credited for one student’s tuition.
    • In the event that you cancel or reschedule a portion of a class that takes multiple appointments to complete, and your cancellation or rescheduling request is not received within 48 hours of the scheduled class time, a $50 per hour, per student rescheduling fee will apply if you wish to continue with your class and complete the class or pool session that you missed.
  • If you have to reschedule any portion of a multi-session class and we cannot reschedule you in a group setting, a $50 per hour, per student reschedule fee will be assessed.
  • Late Arrivals: If a student arrives more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled class without calling to notify us, the space will be considered cancelled and will be subject to a $45 rescheduling fee per student.

Open Water Diver Student Complimentary Pool Practices:

  • Any student who cancels a scheduled complimentary pool practice with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be permitted to sign up for any further complimentary pool practices.
  • Any student who does not attend a scheduled complimentary pool practice will not be permitted to sign up for any further complimentary pool practices.

Private Class Cancellation Policy:

  • Full payment for any class, including all required online materials, must be made upon scheduling the first class session.
  • Once issued, all online materials are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel your class more than 48 hours before your first scheduled session, you will receive a full refund or credit for the cost of tuition. Online materials are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel your class less than 48 hours in advance, your tuition will not be refunded or credited unless we are able to fill the pool or classroom space created by your cancellation.
  • For classes that require more than one session, once you complete your first session, the class is non-refundable.
  • In the event you need to reschedule a portion of a class that takes multiple sessions to complete, and rescheduling request is not received within 48 hours of the scheduled session time, a $45 rescheduling fee may be assessed.
