Calling all young explorers and marine enthusiasts! Join us for an unforgettable journey beneath the waves as we dive into the captivating realm of marine ecology. Our Marine Ecology Camp, hosted by Denver Divers, is designed to inspire curiosity, foster environmental awareness, and provide an immersive experience like no other.

Camp Schedule:

• Ages 6-9 years old
• November 20 - 9-11am: Embark on a voyage of discovery with Marine Ecology and Fish ID sessions. Learn about the intricate relationships between marine species and gain skills in identifying fascinating underwater creatures. 
• November 21 - 9-11am: Delve into the captivating worlds of Shark Ecology and Sea Turtle Ecology. Explore the vital role these majestic creatures play in our oceans' ecosystems. 
• November 22 - 12-3pm at the Denver Downtown Aquarium: Get ready for an exciting field trip to the Aquarium, where you'll witness aquatic wonders up close and personal.
• Ages 10-15 years old
• November 20 - 11am-3pm: Embark on a voyage of discovery with Marine Ecology and Fish ID sessions. We will be in the classroom from 11 to 1:30, and the pool from 1:30 to 3.
• November 21 - 11am-3pm - Delve into the captivating worlds of Shark Ecology and Sea Turtle Ecology. Explore the vital role these majestic creatures play in our oceans' ecosystems. We will be in the classroom from 11 to 1:30, and the pool from 1:30 to 3.

• Engaging sessions led by expert marine biologists and scuba instructors.

• Certification Opportunities: Campers will receive four prestigious SSI specialties: Marine Ecology, Fish ID, Shark ecology, and Turtle Ecology.
• Lunch: Enjoy a delicious lunch on Monday and Tuesday, featuring pizza or similar options to keep young explorers energized.

Pricing:

• Ages 6-9: $350 - Immerse in a comprehensive experience and receive four SSI Explorers specialties. Campers' aquarium tickets are included in this price.
• Ages 10-15: $540 - Immerse in a comprehensive experience and receive four full SSI specialties. Campers' aquarium tickets are included in this price.
• Parents and other family members: Don't miss the chance to join the excitement on the Aquarium field trip for just $23 per person.

Calling all mermaids! Discover the enchanting world beneath the waves at our one-of-a-kind Mermaid Camp. Get ready for an unforgettable experience that combines education, adventure, and a dash of mermaid magic! We will be holding two sessions of Mermaid Camps, one for ages 6-11 years and one for ages 12-16 years old.

Prerequisite: All participants must be able to swim the length of the pool (50 feet long, 10 feet deep) unassisted.

Camp Schedule:

• Ages 6-11 years old daily from 1-4pm
• December 27 - Blue Oceans Explorers and Snorkeling: Dive into the world of aquatic wonders right in our pool, learning important marine ecology lessons and practical snorkeling skills.
• December 28 - Turtle Ecology and Mermaid Explorer: Delve into the world of turtles, learn about their habitat, and transform into mermaids as you explore the depths of our pool.
• December 29 - Marine Mammal Ecology and Model Mermaid Explorer: Strike a pose! Our professional photographer will capture stunning mermaid moments right in our pool. Parents will receive these treasured photos as mementos. Meanwhile, participants will also explore the fascinating field of marine mammal ecology, earning valuable certifications in both areas.
• Ages 12-16 years old daily from 11am-2:30pm
• December 27 - Mermaid Certification Pool Work and Blue Oceans Specialty: Dive deeper into mermaid training and explore the beauty of the Blue Oceans. Perfect your mermaid skills in our pool.
• December 28 - Mermaid Certification Pool Work and Academic Session: Enhance your mermaid knowledge and skills, preparing you for your mermaid certification. Dive into the academic aspects of the mermaid experience.
• December 29 - Mermaid Model Certification Pool Work and Marine Mammal Ecology Certification: Strike a pose, mermaids! Participants will not only hone their mermaid modeling skills under the lens of a professional photographer in our pool but also delve into the fascinating realm of marine mammal ecology, earning valuable certifications in both areas. Parents will receive these captivating mermaid photos as momentos.

• Ages 6-11: $325 - Includes SSI recognitions in Blue Oceans Explorer, Snorkel Explorer, Mermaid Explorer, Model Mermaid Explorer & Marine Mammal Ecology Explorer.
• Ages 12-16: $375 - Includes SSI certification in Mermaid, Model Mermaid, Blue Oceans & Marine Mammal Ecology.
